Description:
Ceramic fiber module is a newly designed product, which is mainly designed for lowering energy consumption, simplifying and fastening furnace’s processing, and improving the overall properties of the furnace.
As to its production, SUPER ceramic fiber blankets are adopted for further folding and cutting. After that, they will be laminated and stamped into modules. The finished ceramic fiber module could be well fastened on the furnace steel board’s anchors, which helps to increase the overall thermal insulation and flame reluctance property of furnaces.

Classification temperature: 1050/1260/1360/1450℃

Features:
1. Ceramic fiber modules are produced by condensing fiber blankets. After condensing, ceramic fiber modules will possess a tightened status. But when installed on the inner wall of furnace and unwrap the modules, they will undergo an expansion, which results in tight structured modules and no gap between modules. In this way, when heating process is adopted, less shrinkage will be generated.
2. Anchor is installed within the ceramic fiber module, which is designed to fasten the modules. In this way, fastened modules will be well connected on furnace’s inner wall, and their installation is quite simple and convenient.
